Terms of Service
Last updated August 22, 2026
Welcome to Desync Panel. This is the wholesale platform where approved resellers buy digital keys and balance and resell them to their own customers. By using the panel, you agree to these terms. They are meant to be plain and fair, not a wall of legalese.
1. Your account
Reseller accounts are granted by approval. You are responsible for everything that happens under yours, so keep your password, 2FA, PIN, and API keys to yourself. If you think someone else got in, tell us right away and we will help you lock it down.
One person, one reseller account. Don’t share it, sell it, or spin up extras to get around limits or a ban.
You can add support staff to your account and choose exactly what each one can do. You’re responsible for what your staff do under your account. The same goes for the tools we hand you: the Discord bot (including running your own custom bot), the API, and webhooks. Keep their tokens and keys secret, because anyone holding them can act as you.
2. You run your own shop
You buy from us at wholesale and resell to your customers under your own brand. You set your own sell price on every product and keep the difference. The one rule is that you can’t undercut our pricing or the developer’s. Above that, your prices and your rules with your customers are your call, and you handle their support and refunds. You’re an independent business, not our staff or partner.
3. Balance and payments
Balance is pre-paid credit for buying on the panel. You top it up by card or crypto, and it’s added once the payment clears. Balance is for spending here; it isn’t cash and generally isn’t refundable, since it’s used to buy digital goods.
Your discount tier and any brand unlocks are tied to your account. Prices and tiers can change over time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
4. Keys and delivery
Keys are delivered instantly and are one-time digital items, so an order is final once a key reaches you. The exception is a key that turns out to be dead and was never used. If a delivery fails and no key is issued, you aren’t charged, or your balance is put back.
Don’t try to claim the same key twice, mess with delivery, or resell keys you didn’t actually get from the panel.
Many products support a hardware (HWID) reset so a customer can move to a new machine. You can run a reset for your own keys from the panel or the bot; some need a quick manual approval from us first. Please don’t mass-reset or abuse the feature.
5. Keep it clean
Please don’t use the panel to:
- do anything illegal or fraudulent;
- dodge a ban or create duplicate accounts;
- scrape, overload, or poke at the panel, its API, or other people’s data; or
- file a chargeback on a payment you actually made. A bad-faith chargeback or confirmed fraud means your account is closed.
6. Your own listed products
If you list your own products or import your own keys to sell through the panel, you’re confirming you have the right to sell them, and you accept the short seller terms shown when you turn that on. We give you the delivery system; your stock and what you sell are on you.
7. Ending things
You can stop using the panel whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or creates a security or fraud risk. If your account closes, the parts of these terms that should naturally outlive it (like payment and the bits below) still apply.
There’s a difference between disabling an account and removing it. Disabling is reversible and leaves everything in place. Removing an account is permanent, and the balance on it goes with it: unspent balance isn’t refunded as cash. You can download a full copy of your account data any time from your settings, and if we ever remove your account we email that copy to the address on it.
We also keep the reseller base active. A brand-new account is expected to top up enough to unlock a tier shortly after it’s approved. If that doesn’t happen, we send a warning with a date on it and disable the account if the date passes. Separately, if an account goes a long stretch with no sales (around 90 days), we warn first and then disable it for inactivity.
Neither of those deletes anything: your balance, orders, and history stay exactly as they are, and support can put the account back. You can also re-apply to come back. Your balance comes back with you, but your discount tier doesn’t, so you return with no tier and top up again to unlock one.
8. The honest fine print
We work hard to keep the panel running smoothly, but we provide it “as is.” We can’t promise it will never go down or that an outside supplier or payment provider will always be available.
If something goes wrong on our end, our responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the prior 90 days, and we aren’t on the hook for indirect losses like lost resale profit. Nothing here takes away rights you have that can’t legally be waived.
9. Updates
We’ll tweak these terms as the panel grows. When we make a real change, we’ll update the date at the top and, when it matters, drop a note in the panel. Keep using the panel and you’re good with the latest version.
